The Conference Secretariat as well as North China Electric Power University and also WYNDHAM BEIJING NORTH hotel venues, used during the 3rd CCSH are exempt from and will not be held liable for the loss or damage of personal items, personal injury, accidents, or delays that occur at the meeting or as a result of attending the meeting.
The Conference Secretariat and Organising Committee relating to CCSH-2026 are exempt from and will not be held liable for the cancellation of the conference for reasons outside of their control. In this event, the Organisers will make every effort to refund registration fees but this cannot be guaranteed.
The Secretariat strongly recommends that personal insurance is taken out to cover these eventualities.
