The 3rd Conference of Global Chinese Scholars on Hydrodynamics (CCSH2026)

The Conference Secretariat, North China Electric Power University, and Beijing Longcheng Wyndham Hotel shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, personal injury, accidents, or delays incurred during or as a result of participation in the CCSH2026. The Conference Secretariat and Organizing Committee of CCSH2026 shall be exempt from liability for cancellation of the conference due to causes beyond their control. Every effort will be made to refund the registration fee in such cases, but this cannot be guaranteed. The Secretariat strongly recommends that participants obtain personal insurance to cover such circumstances.
