Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
- Time Allocation: 15 minutes total (including introduction, presentation, Q&A, and concluding remarks)
- Actual Presentation: Should not exceed 12 minutes
- Equipment: Conference laptop with LCD projector and laser pointer provided
- File Loading: Load PPT via USB flash drive before first session, during coffee breaks, or at lunch prior to your talk
- Slide Format: 16:9 aspect ratio
The schedule is tight. All speakers must finish within the allotted time.
Poster Presentations
- Maximum Size: 90 cm (width) × 150 cm (height)
- Mounting: Before the lunch break on the day of the poster session
- Removal: All posters must be removed by the end of the poster day
- Attendance: Presenters are required to be present at their posters during the entire poster session
