The CCSH2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:
In principle, registration fee is no-refundable.
If registrant must cancel the participation due to force majeure, (acts of war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, death, labor strikes, riots, crime or property theft, acts of God, natural disasters like blizzards, earthquakes, or hurricanes, or acts of terrorism), the full amount of registration fee will be refundable. Evidence must be provided.
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretary at:
